Recovery Care is a new brand-new provider in the addiction space and is hoping to make a name for itself quickly in Nashville and the surrounding areas.

Recovery Care is a privately-owned company that is planning on opening multiple locations within 100 miles of Nashville, TN. Their product is MAT, or “Medication-Assisted Therapy” using Suboxone medications and one-on-one therapy to treat opioid addiction. Their corporate plan is to brand the name “Recovery Care” in each location by incorporating the city name in the company title. For example, in Columbia, TN Recovery Care will be known as “Recovery Care of Columbia”. Very smart.

This business model is a solid one, considering large corporations like Lexus use this strategy to gain geocentric benefits in each of it’s dealers’ locations. IE: “Lexus of Nashville” has been smartly branded las a locally-owned and operated business, while also supporting the global name Lexus has built.

Why Open an Opioid Addiction Clinic in Columbia, TN?

Good question. And, the plan to do so was well-thought out by the Recovery Care team. Their corporate vision includes opening in what are known as “addiction hot spots”, that are scattered all over the State of Tennessee. Addiction Hot Spots can be quickly determined using the DEA Pain Pill Database which displays “hot spots” inside a map of the United States. Addiction hotspots can easily be determined by the red markers on the map where prescription pain pills have been most heavily prescribed.

No Strangers to Success in the Addiction Space

Partners Jon Stolzer and Drew Bourke are no strangers to the addiction space. They started out as a vendor relationship when Stolzer Medical was handling lab services for Mr. Bourke’s Nashville Recovery clinic. Stolzer later opened Nashville Addiction Clinic just a few miles down the road, becoming competitors in the process. Good competitors, according to the fact that combined they have almost 40-times the number of 5-star Google reviews as compared to all other clinics in the Nashville area.

Rather than open multiple locations and battle each other over market share, they opted to team up and create a unified brand. Recovery Care addiction centers were born.

Mr. Stolzer’s strengths are compliance and business strategy, while Mr. Bourke’s strengths are technology and marketing. Online marketing to be specific. Both are serial entrepreneurs, and both have been successful in addiction as well as other fields. Out of the gate they implemented telemedicine, online scheduling and a custom-built intake documents system that feeds directly into their EHR.

The future looks bright for Recovery Care, and we’ll be watching closely to see it evolve.
